| Introduction: | Only PU adhesive can not make bonding between EVa and lether. For effective bonding Diamond EVA primer is to be used prior to PU adhesive application. |

| Application Methode: | The EVA surface is to be cleaned throughly with toluence and kept open. Wait for 5 mins for evaporation of the solvent. For complete removal of solvent from the substrates, keep at the elevated temp of 45-600C for 5-7 mins. Apply the primer throughly on the surface of the EVA substrates by a nylon brush. Second time may be applied on the same for better result. |
